Endorsement of trekking companies by IPPG |

To obtain endorsement from IPPG and have the right to use the IPPG logo, trekking
companies are requested to make a statement that they implement the five guidelines,
educate their staff in the issue of health and safety for the trekking porter, and put in
a question on porter welfare in their post-trek questionnaire to trekkers. Endorsement
requests should be sent to the international coordinator or your local representative.
Monitoring is by the questionnaires and feedback from trekkers via the logbooks or
directly to IPPG representatives. Feedback, positive and negative, will be passed on to
the company concerned.
